How much does luxury chauffeured service cost?
Service starts at $150 per hour, plus applicable taxes and a 20% chauffeur gratuity, with a 3-hour minimum on most vehicles. Rolls-Royce, stretch limousine, Sprinter, party bus and vintage bookings are quoted individually for your date, hours and route.
Where are you based, and where do you drive?
Our head office is at 7151 Woodlake Pkwy, San Antonio, TX 78218. We serve all of Greater San Antonio and the Hill Country, and drive to Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Galveston, Corpus Christi, Laredo and anywhere else in Texas.
Is gratuity included?
No. A 20% gratuity for your chauffeur and applicable taxes are added to the base rate, and both appear on your written quote before you pay anything.
How do I reserve?
Send a request through our reservation form or call (888) 693-9882. We reply with a written quote; your reservation is confirmed when you sign the agreement and pay the 50% deposit. The balance is due 10 days before pickup.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit secures your vehicle and chauffeur, so it is not refunded if you cancel. If we cancel and cannot provide a comparable vehicle, you receive a full refund, deposit included. The full terms are in our refund policy.
How far in advance should I book?
Six to nine months for weddings and large events; two to three months for proms, quinceañeras and big game days; and as little as 24 hours for airport and corporate trips when a vehicle is available.
May we bring our own champagne?
Guests 21 and over may bring their own beverages on chartered vehicles where Texas law allows. We do not sell or serve alcohol, glass is not permitted on party buses, and no alcohol is allowed on any trip with minors on board.
